At The Life Workshop, Inc.

Our commitment to your professional growth is unwavering; we offer ongoing training/consultation, and advanced educational opportunities designed to enhance your clinical skills. We will meet weekly as a group, which consist of biweekly group supervision and biweekly staff meeting. To support building your career, there will be opportunities to supervise associates, hold workshops/groups, and possibly research. You will be supported by an incredibly responsive, caring, and invested team, ensuring you have the resources you need to thrive in your role as a practitioner.

About the Role

In this position, you will work primarily with moderate to high-functioning individuals (and potentially groups and/or couples), providing compassionate and effective therapeutic care. We value sensitivity and inclusivity, so you should be comfortable working with clients presenting a wide range of sexual, gender, and identity preferences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality clinical care tailored to individual client needs.

  • Completing necessary documentation and maintaining accurate records.

  • Conducting consult calls as needed and collaborating with other healthcare providers.

  • Willingness to hold and attend workshops/groups.

  • Previous training in reproductive mental health

  • Engaging with our administrative team for ongoing support and guidance.

What We’re Looking For

We seek candidates who embody the following qualifications:

  • Collaborative Spirit: You are community-minded and thrive in collaborative environments.

  • Session Commitment: You are willing and able to conduct a minimum of 15 counseling sessions per week on a schedule that suits you.

  • Home Office Setup: You have access to a private, confidential, sound-proof home office equipped with a reliable internet connection.

  • Personal Qualities: You are compassionate, warm, personable, hard-working, and reliable.

  • Long-Term Commitment: You are interested in committing to a position that has the potential to evolve into full-time work and possibly include leadership educational responsibilities over the next two years.

Why Join The Life Workshop, Inc.?

At TLW, we understand that the therapeutic journey is not just about individual practice; it’s about being part of a community that values connection, growth, and support. By joining our team:

  • You will be part of an organization that prioritizes full spectrum reproductive mental health and trauma-informed care in its practice.
